Francine combines academic credentials as a PhD in organizational communication with extensive "real world" experience applying innovative communications techniques to marketing and customer relations. After over a decade of building marketing programs in the medical device, regenerative medicine and genetic testing fields, she joined Avenues as President in 1999. Francine is well known for her novel approaches to relationship based marketing, market research, communications, meeting facilitation, organizational planning and strategy development.
