The Academy of Osseointegration’s 2006 and 2010 Consensus Conferences on the Sate of the Science on Implant Dentistry was a huge success. It could not have been possible without the assistance from The Avenues Company. Their dedication and follow through in helping us to assimilate, distribute and present the research outcomes was a major factor in that success. The Avenues Company also provided the Audience Response System at our San Antonio Annual Meeting. This successful event was our first experience in integrating interactive features into our main plenary sessions. It helped convey some rather dull scientific outcomes from our Consensus Conference and made it more interesting as our audience had the opportunity to provide feedback to our panel of experts.
